Kingfisher proclaimed on its Facebook page and its website that it was giving away all inclusive return tickets at INR 17935. Check the picture and the facebook link below:



Now within minutes of their posting I tried to search for BOM-SIN-BOM availability for the special fare. And with any combination of dates the search result gave me the minimum fare as INR 21925, a difference of INR 3990 (enough to get you from BOM to DEL). So then I posted it on their facebook wall and asked if there was any promo code which they had forgotten to mention to book the INR 17935 fare. Now look at their reply:



Indeed customer service and marketing needs to go a long way for the Indian cariers...
